Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed for faulty products and can be in the form of a replacement product or a refund of the amount. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (change of mind is not applicable), we will simply refund your money via Bank Transfer, Jazz Cash, Mobicash, or Easypaisa. To get a refund, items must be returned unused within 7 days and should be in original condition & packaging.

Change of mind is not applicable to any order, but in case you want to refund the order (if it’s not faulty and you just didn’t like it), you have to ship the product to our warehouse address (will be provided after confirmation of the return).

A 25% restocking fee plus a Shipping fee of Rs 200 will be deducted from the total amount before the refund is processed. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the order in the warehouse.

Refund Calculation

Refund amount = Amount Paid By Buyer - (Rs 200 + 25% Restocking fee)

The return shipping charges will be taken care of by the customer.

Warranty: The warranty of any electronic product will be considered void if the product is water-damaged.
